She has broad experience in budget, personnel practices, human resource systems, hiring, training, public speaking and business coaching. Elizabeth offers a unique blend of results based coaching mixed with a solid dose of supportive energy and enthusiasm to work with you to help you reach your goals. 

Elizabeth double majored at the University of North Carolina at Chapel
Hill in Sociology and Criminal Justice, minored in Psychology and
History and completed graduate course work in Career Counseling. From 2003 through 2006 she was the Assistant Budget Director for the City of Durham, NC and served for one year as the Acting Budget Director for the City. 

In addition to her financial and human resources background she has worked in the emergency services field as both a practitioner and top administrator. Elizabeth received her Executive Business Coach training through Duke University and the Business Coach Institute Program and has extensive knowledge of the North Carolina State and Local Government Retirement Systems. 

Elizabeth is an avid reader, book club founder, dog walker and entrepreneur and planner. She enjoys camping, traveling and spending time with her immediate, extended and chosen families.
